The prices are per apartment and day and depend on the number of guests. Tax is included.
Central heating, water, electricity, wood for tiled stove (in Hirschkogel-Apartment), towels, bedcloth and tablecloth (provided on the day of arrival), parking and transportation from parking to the house (arrival and departure), WIFI are included. Cleaning and local tax are excluded.
Local tax € 3,30 per person and night for guests aged 15 and older.

Pets welcome € 15,-- per day without feeding
Cancellation terms lt. AGBH 2006:
- 3 months before arrival: no fees charged
- up to 1 month before arrival: 40 % of the total package price
- up to 1 week before arrival: 70 % of the total package price
- in the week of arrival: 90 % of the total package price
